Progress the last few months has been slow due to a long-awaited trip overseas, but steady.

Main gear axle installation

With the hard work of getting the axle in, assembling and installing the axle was relatively straightforward.

One small hiccup was the upper bolts for the axle mounting to the gear leg, the supplied AN4-25A bolts were just slightly too short given the spacer plate is slightly thicker at the top, so I replaced these with -26A bolts which work fine.

The wheel and tyre is a bit tricker than the nose gear given the brake disc, but I've left the brake calliper off for now as I'm planning on upgrading to the dual-piston version.
